How to become a member of the Kids’ Club Carrefour:

All Kids in the age range of 5 to 15 years old can become members of the Kids’ Club Carrefour, as long as their parents are already holders of Carrefour’s Bonus-card. If you are not a Bonus – card holder, you can obtain and at the same time as the Kids’ club card, by just completing the relevant application.

How to obtain the card:

Fill in an application form for the Kids’ Club Carrefour which you can find at the Customer Service Desk at all Carrefour and Carrefour Express stores. You will be given your Bonus-card on the spot. In addition, you can apply for the card through our website www.carrefour.com.cy and get your card from the closer Carrefour store within 7 working days.

How to activate Kids’ Club Carrefour’s card:

Kids’ Club Carrefour’s card is activated after the first transaction at the cash desk. The card will be connected to the parent’s Bonus-card and the points will be common. The connection is done after 7 working days.

How to claim the gift voucher:

With every purchase on exclusive imports of DISNEY Children’s clothing and linen products, console and video games, laptops, children’s birthday cakes and books, you win the corresponding discount on gift vouchers by using the Kids’ Club Carrefour card. In the beginning of the following month, you are going to receive a message on your mobile phone which will inform you that you can receive the gift voucher obtained by the purchases mentioned above the Kids’ Club Carrefour card. The parent or guardian will be able to receive the voucher from the Customer Service Desk by presenting the Kids’ Club Carrefour card and his/her ID card.

Redeem your voucher within the next 30 days, by presenting it at the cashier desk, along with Kids’ Club Carrefour card and the ID card of the parent or the guardian. The written amount will be reduced from the total amount of your purchases. The gift voucher is valid for all Carrefour and Carrefour Express stores, except for the concession stores (music store, rotisserie, sportswear store, gas, Germanos shop, fish market and cafeteria)

The discounts cannot be combined with other discount or offers or be exchanged with cash.
The discount scheme on gift vouchers are valid from April 26th to May 31 2010
