Bonus Card Terms and Conditions

All transactions undertaken in connection with the Carrefour Bonus Card scheme (the Scheme) are subject to the following terms & conditions: Limitations Products offered by the Scheme are only available to holders of a Carrefour Bonus Card. Allocation of points For every acceptable purchase of 1€ (minus any returns) the card holder will be credited with one point. The till receipt will display the number of points earned at each purchase as well as the accumulated total points. Redemption of points - Customers can claim products at the customer service desk within the nominated redeeming store. Presentation of both the Carrefour Bonus Card and the customer’s personal identity card is essential at the time of redemption.
- Bonus Card points can only be redeemed for products or items that are included in the current Bonus Card magazine. The points cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of monetary benefit.
- The transfer or exchange of points from one card account to the account of another person is not permitted. Carrefour supermarkets reserves the right to deny any claim for redemption of points if it has come to their notice that there has been a breach of these terms & conditions or when no card can be produced. Any card holder who cancels his or her card account during the duration of the Scheme will not be able to redeem their points. All such non-redeemed points will be automatically cancelled.
Transfer of points Any points that have not been redeemed by the end of the Scheme will be transferred to the next scheme. Redemption of points with a cash sum - For the products or items that are redeemed in conjunction with a cash sum, the claim has to be accompanied by the relevant sum in cash.
Credit is not available. - Purchases do not have to commence immediately or within any particular period of time in order for the Bonus Card to become effective.
Amendments of terms & conditions - Carrefour supermarkets reserve the right to amend these terms & conditions and/or to cancel and/or amend all or part of the Scheme at any time.
- Carrefour supermarkets is not liable in the event that a supplier of any product or item in the Bonus Card magazine withdraws it or if stocks become unavailable for any reason.
- Products in the Bonus Card magazine are subject to availability. Carrefour supermarkets reserve the right to withdraw or replace the products with other products of equal, smaller, or greater value, at its discretion and without warning.
- Whilst every effort is made to ensure the content is correct, Carrefour supermarkets are not responsible for any errors or omissions in the production of the Bonus Card magazine.
- Returns of products or points, or the exchange of products, and cash refunds are not allowed.
- All electrical appliances have a six-month guarantee. This does not cover damage caused by misuse and does not indicate that the product will be replaced with a new one. Products will generally be repaired within fourteen days.
- Presentation of the Bonus Card at the till, at the time of payment, is necessary in order to earn points for purchases.
- In the event of any change in the levels of VAT, Carrefour supermarkets reserves the right to amend its prices and the corresponding number of points required.
- Carrefour supermarkets are not responsible for any errors in the descriptions within the Bonus Card magazine or for any printing errors.
- Carrefour supermarkets are not responsible for any mistakes in the calculation of the number of points required. However, In the event of such miscalculations, Carrefour supermarkets will do its best 10 resolve the problem.
- The retail prices that represent the products and items in the catalogue are the retail prices that were valid in the market at the time of printing this magazine,Carrefour supermarkets reserves the right to process the personal information supplied by the applicant for the purposes stated in the Registration Form.The applicant will ensure that the personal data he/she provides for the above purposes will not place the Carrefour in breach of the Protection of Personal Data law.
