What is the Club Card Carrefour?

It is a loyalty card by which you electronically collect points for every purchase you make at Carrefour stores. Every time you visit Carrefour, before any transaction you must present your Club Card Carrefour and you will automatically collect points on your Club Card. With every purchase of €1 you will earn 1 point on your Club Card Carrefour.

How can I get my Club Card Carrefour?

You must fill in the special application form at the Customer Service Desk at any Carrefour, Carrefour Express or Carrefour Market store. At the time of registration, you will be asked to enter a four-digit pin code, which you will use every time you want to redeem points. In case you do not register your personal pin code at the Customer Service Desk, you will not be able to redeem any points. If you forget or block your personal pin code, please contact the Customer Service Desk, upon presentation of your Club Card Carrefour and proof of Identity Card.

How can I redeem my points?

You can redeem your points at the special Club Card Carrefour stand. To redeem your points, you must first scan your card, enter your personal pin code and select the voucher you wish to redeem based on the number of points that you have available. You may redeem your points at any Carrefour store, but the voucher must be used on the same day at the same store where you redeemed your points. Each Club Card Carrefour member is entitled to redeem points as follows. For every 800 points the holder is entitled to a €5 value voucher.

When can I redeem my points?

Your points have an expiry date! They are valid for 12 months from the date they are registered into your account. Any points not redeemed within 12 months will be automatically invalid.

Where can I use my vouchers?

You can use your vouchers for free shopping for food and non-food products. (Not valid for tobacco and concessions stores). If I lose my card will I also lose my points? No!!! If you lose your card, you should visit the Customer Service Desk at any Carrefour store as soon as possible and your card will be replaced with a new one. Your points will be transferred to your new card!
