What is Carrefour bonus card?

A card that electronically accumulates points for you every time you shop with Carrefour. Every time you go to the checkout, simply present your Bonus Card and all your points will be added automatically.

How do I accumulate points?

With every euro spend; we’ll give you one point. So, if you spend 16€ for example you’ll receive 16 points. When you have collected as many points as you need, you can obtain one of the many gifts offered by Carrefour, either at no charge or at a very low cash price.

How do I know how many points I have?

The points from each of your purchases are added to the points from all your previous purchases, and your total number of accumulated points shown at the bottom of each receipt.

How can I get a Bonus Card?

Fill in an application form and take it to the customer service desk at any Carrefour store. You will be given your Bonus Card on the spot, along with all the privileges that this card offers.

If I lose my card, do I lose all my points?

Not one! Just contact the customer service desk at any supermarket or the marketing department on 25 316816 and your Carrefour Bonus Card will be replaced automatically. And all your points will be transferred to your new card.
